Can English teams draw each other in the Champions League round of 16?

Premier League clubs sides cannot be drawn against each other, or teams from any of the same countries, in the first knockout round.

Teams from the same group cannot be pulled out of the hat against each other either.

Group winners winners will be drawn against sides who finished second (not from the same country or group as them).

The group winners will also play the first-leg away.

Teams that advance to the quarter-final can be drawn against domestic rivals.
